When I was working at my previous company, there was no specific tool for planning or task management. Most of the things were discussed verbally, and follow ups were taken through Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp, especially for client interactions. At that time, it felt normal, but the tasks often depended on memory. If something was missed, I had to manually look for the messages on teams or whatsapp, or ask again.

When I joined Bloomintek as an intern, the experience was very different. From the beginning, work felt more structured and manageable because of Minibord. Instead of relying on conversations alone, tasks were clearly noted down, assigned, and were easy to track. I did not have to guess what needed to be done or worry about missing an update.

What stood out to me was how much mental load it removed. I could focus on my work instead of trying to remember instructions or chase messages for clarity. Everything had a place, and that made daily work feel calmer and more organized.

After working in both environments, the difference became very clear to me. Verbal communication and messaging tools are useful, but without a proper system, things can easily become messy. Minibord made work feel more manageable by bringing clarity and structure, which I now realize is essential for smooth execution.
